Muscle HQ is open by appointment-only 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Key FOB access allows our members to train any day, any time.

Do I have to wear a mask while I train?

Do I have to book a time slot?
All members must book in a time slot through our app as is mandated by current government regulations. All time slots are 90 minutes long.
