What happens after the 21 days?

The first 21 days are just a detox for your body.

After the 21 days, we will be teaching you how to be able to track your macronutrients and adjust your nutrition plan so that you can have ANY food (including pizza, cookies, cake and chocolate) as long as you are able to track it (your coach will speak to you more about this when you get there).
