That means that you will learn new skills. Be patient, we as coaches are here to look at the data and see how your weight changes and make the updates. You need to focus on executing the program and communicating. Leave the rest to your coach 🙂 

This program is designed to go as fast or as slow as you need, just like learning how to swim or ride a bike, there are training wheels and with practice you WILL get it and it will become second nature. Take it slow. Communicate with your coach, we are here to help you.
