Step #1: 10 Day Detox

The first 10 days of your program will be a 10 day detox. 

The reason we start clients off with a detox is to help calibrate your body and remove inflammation causing foods that slow down weight loss. 

Not only will you notice a significant amount fat loss/toning in these first 10 days, but you will also notice better skin, better sleep, better digestion, better mental clarity and focus. 

For the 10 day detox, we will be avoiding all carbohydrates – this includes: 

  • Sugar
  • Bread
  • Potatoes 
  • Rice
  • Beans/Legumes 
  • Oats
  • Fruit
  • Quinoa 
  • Any other source of carbohydrates (if you have questions about what is considered a carbohydrate, reach out to your 1on1 Coach) 

The 10 day Detox is an awesome way to go ahead and drop some weight easily before a big event or as an introduction before your more customized sustainable program begins.
