One of the most common questions we get as Nutrifit coaches when members progress to the “measurement” phase of the 12 step curriculum is:
- Should I measure food before or after cooking?
- Should I measure my food cooked or uncooked?
It’s a great question and the answer to is:
All carbohydrate sources (rice, quinoa etc) measure BEFORE cooking.
All meat sources measure AFTER cooking.
