To clarify, the ultimate goal is NOT weight loss on the scale, the ultimate goal is SUSTAINABLE weight loss and health. 

Would you like to lose 8-10 pounds a month consistently? We can put you on a crash diet…. but the weight WILL come back. 

We have designed this program after years of working with clients because the #1 goal we found ethically is to help clients lose the weight and KEEP IT OFF. We would have clients lose a lot of weight quick and then put it back on. 

We have chosen to design the program the way we have to create lifestyle, behavior & habit change, not just weight loss.
