If you’re still hungry or have cravings for food, here are some suggestions: 

1. Eat some volumous vegetables (vegetables that take up space)  #

Examples include: green beans, asparagus

2. Snack on protein #

If you are someone that is not a big fan of vegetables, then snacking on protein is an excellent way to curb the cravings and not have a crazy amount of calories (that would come from sugar or carbs)
