How to Add my Own Exercise to my Calendar?

Yes you can add other workouts that you may not have had previously on your calendar so your coach knows what you did that day, here’s how: 

Step #1: Click on the “+” button on your “Dash” right above where you message your coach.

Step #2: Select either “workout” or “activity” for the activity you would like to add to your calendar. 

Step #3: Select the specific workout or activity you would like to add. 

Step #4: Click “start” or “mark as complete” to post it on your calendar and mark it as complete.
