The body is a smart machine. It knows when you will eat based on patterns (habits).
The answer to meal timing is: it does not matter what time you eat as long as you are consistent.
When you are consistent with the TIMES that you eat
So if you eat breakfast everyday at 12pm, then do that daily.
If you eat dinner at 9pm…then do that every single single night.
So there is no “good” or “bad” time to eat for 99.9% of people.
In the end, meal timing for the most part does not matter as long as you are consistent with the times that you are eating yours meals.
