Yes!
The biggest thing with the 21 day meal plan is to get your food in. If that means you want to have:
- 2 portions of snack between lunch and dinner instead of between breakfast and lunch? that is fine.
- Move your portion of fat to breakfast instead of dinner? That is fine.
- Switch your protein and carbs around? That is fine.
As long as you are sticking to the plan with the portion sizes and getting in your food in a 24 hour period, how you split it up is not as big of a deal.
